Hi everybody,

In the end of May I'll be leaving Goettingen and moving out of my apartment in Nonnenstieg 25. It is a cosy one-room apartment of 33 m², which has a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small kitchen. The windows look to the south and west. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 cooking plates, an electric oven and some shelves.

There is a common garden behind the house, a common washing machine, some storage space in the basement, a shed for the bikes, and very friendly
neighbours.

The house, which has a total of 7 apartments, is situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood (Ostviertel), there is an excellent bakery and a couple of small supermarkets nearby, as well as a Sparkasse just next door. It is not far from the city center (7 min by bike) and the sports center of the university. The rent is €318/month ("Warmmiete", including electricity, cable TV and washing machine). The place will be available from June 1.
