Hi!

Since I am moving out of Göttingen, I wanted to offer my flat for those
who might be interested.

It's a very charming flat on an old building (well preserved though) situated at the corner of Angerstrasse and Gartenstrasse, in the Innenstadt (Angerstrasse 2 A to be more precise), close to Groner Tor. The flat is on the third and last floor of the building and has naked wooden frames on the walls and ceilings. It's definitely not a cube-type of flat, its ceilings and walls are faceted, with multiple angles that convey a warm and unusual feeling. The flat has also a little octogonal tower that protrudes from a corner. All the floors (except in the bathroom) are wooden and all rooms receive sunlight. The flat is very central but still quiet and just 50 meters away from a bus-stop (lines number 5,6,8 and 10), in close proximity to restaurants and shops. There is a kiosk on the ground level which is open until very late (which is always good to have around!). The neighbours and the landlord are fine too.

The flat has 1 bedroom, 1 living-room, 1 kitchen with double-sink and an oven with 4 electric stoves and 1 basement with good storage capacity. The bathroom has a shower and a connection for a washing-machine is also available. Internet and Cable-TV connections are also functional.

The flat has a surface of 49 square meters and the rent excluding electricity (Warm-miete) is 450 E per month. The money deposit (Kaution) is roughly 1000 E. I would say, it's ideal for a couple.

I would like to vacate the flat preferably in June (middle of June in the best case) or at the beginning of July.
